Day 204: Getting Sleep

I never quite realized the importance of sleep, or more accurately sticking to a sleep schedule. For a really long time I have always been a night owl and will continue to be one. However, I've realized more so this year than any other, that sleep is vital to living a vibrant and balanced life.

Recently, I've allowed my sleep schedule to get knocked around and displaced. Which has led to difficulty waking up in the morning, overall grumpiness, being tired and yawning throughout the day, and a various of other symptoms. Which had led me to firmly believe that getting enough sleep and sticking to a rather firm schedule is truly important.

It's almost midnight as I am writing this and as soon as I finish this paragraph and maybe one more, I will be going to bed. That will be the earliest I've turned off my lights in a while and I am so looking forward to it. Sleep is vital to maintaining a balanced and vibrant life that you can truly enjoy. So be sure to keep up with the right amount of sleep and going to bed around the same time every night. You'll be surprised at how much better you feel in the long run. Trust me.

And with that I am going to say goodnight and you should get some sleep!
